I'll be back at the office working tomorrow; however, it does feel good to have an engine back in my little shop.
In addition, I installed a new front tire and bearings on my Kawasaki Mean Streak to get it ready to sell.
While I hate to ditch the bike, this block swap has eaten up some previously earmarked cash.
I can't wait to have that 2nd/1st start and that 2nd/1st Go-Kart Drive!
Thanks All & I Hope To Post A Youtube Soon!

    Sorry Kyle,

I didn't have time to take any pics or videos this weekend because I had to help my brother with his boat plus change the U-Joints on Baby Go-Dad's ride.
The goal is to get the driveline linked and in the car over the Mardi Gras weekend at the expense if missing the Mardi Gras Blow Out @ Hub-City Dragway.
    Uggggg; Decision, Decisions!

Ya' know, Steve keeps telling us that it's a Dart and no longer refers to it as a Chevy. Even now calling himself "reformed". Hmmmm, y'all do realize that Dart produces Ford based blocks too, right? He's not calling it a Dart Chevy.... Starting to make me wonder if Go Dad is using this technicality as a way to return from the dark side and is holding pictures close to the vest 'cause he's afraid if he posts them one of us is going to call him out when we notice that the distributor is in the front rather than on the "wrong" end.

We can pray for each other, Dad. My mother in law checked into Hospice for her last ride before "Graduation". You will be in our prayers, as will your Mom and all her doctors and nurses. May God's Angels remain extra close to y'all!!

Thanks For Praying For Her All!
She was joking about doing her best to not die on my birthday, which is today.

Maria is home and we are tag teaming her home care requirements.

While I'm not very motivated to work on my car as you would expect, I did sneak in a little time to do a fuel line re-configuration from the pump to the carb.
I plan to mate the engine to the transmission during the week as long as my Mom's condition continues to improve.

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers because we all know that The Factory Five Family is more than the cars that we build, much more.
