    Please Graduate 8769

Well I will get better pictures once all this rain and ****ty weather stops.... I plated the car this week, and then had it aligned.... There was a break in the rain, so I hoped in and took it to the shop 9 miles away... Holding on for dear life the entire time.. hahaha I used to love riding a motorcycle in the rain, keeps you on edge.... And this car does the same thing... Light touch of the gas and off she goes... I have some little details to work out, esp after I get some miles on her.. But she is complete... So enjoy the little bit of pictures I have for now!

    Basic kit
added fuel tank, lower control arms, GPS speed hut gauges, Gas'n headers, 2015 IRS setup, 18" rims,

Forte Parts connection 351w stroked to 427
I did all the paint and body work. Over 300 hours, and it came out beautiful.... It was supposed to be Subaru Dark metallic grey, but they tinted it a little darker for better coverage...

Congratulations! The car looks beautiful. The garage door reminds of movie Ferris Bueller's day off. Now, to be decompress and become a driver and a waxer. Have fun, be safe!

Great looking car. Congrats! I have extra respect for anyone that tackles their own paint and body work. Well done.
Did you leave the knockoffs off the wheels for a cleaner look or just not install them yet?

I never even considered it. Just put mine on since they came with. Looking at your car it actually looks quite clean. If you came up with some sort of custom center cap that might be a pretty unique touch and a cool look.

I might modify the center cap to see if I can get it to just cover the bolt and fill the hole.... And leave the rest off...

Haha damnit I guess I fail at painting... Hahahaha

Thanks for all the compliments. I am really happy how the paint came out. It might not be professional, but it is damn near nice...

Not to derail your graduation too much but kind of like the Halibrand Cobra III wheels:

    AWD-

Great job! Love the color and the carbon fiber accents!

Cool video showing off the build process. That trailer you used was barely big enough, how did you fit everything?

Congratulations on the build, and I hope you have some driving left before the cold sets in for good.

    Regards,
