Spare tire and wheel for Daytona coupe

Hey Y'all,
I have the FFR 18" Halibrand replica wheels on my build. FFR provided the wheel spacing specs below, but I'm not sure how to shop for a spare wheel/tire based on this (that also fits in the back of the car).
Does anyone know a brand of car that has a wheel that fits these that I could just order off of tirerack.com? Or, any other ideas are appreciated. Also, include flat tire stories so that I'm motivated to get this purchased and in there - haha.

Rear Wheel Size (Diameter x width): 18"x 11"
Front Wheel Backspace: 6.00" (24mm Offset)
Rear Wheel Backspace: 6.46" (12mm Offset)
Wheel Lug Pattern: Ford style 5 lug x 4.5" bolt circle
