Boig Motorsports Gen III Coyote headers and side pipes

These things are awesome and fit perfectly!!! They are being ceramic coated now and I will post new pictures once they come back. Mine are using single "quiet pipe" mufflers but they can do dual if that's your fancy. Contact Bob at Boig Motorsports if interested and tell him I sent you.

Very interesting Henry! I will be anxious to see your final results. On the bubble about how to do the headers and side pipes on my Gen 3 Coupe build. Will definitely add this to the list. I don't see the required O2 bungs in the headers. I assume those will be added?

They do look great! What was your main driving reason for these over the FF option? Was it price or the sound/volume?

    D,

FFR makes a great product. I bought these because they are a work of art and are very visible in a Coupe. I'll post a video of my car running with these pipes on them so folks can make informed decisions. Remember these are the quiet pipes so volume should be down a bit. Maybe I'll take a video of both sets if time allows.

    Henry,

With the old coupe pipes it robbed power from the higher output engines(over350HP).
Do you think it’s the same with the new pipes or did they fix it?
For you it’s just a visual then?
    They do look good!

    John,

The Gen 3 sidepipes from FFR are larger in diameter so flow restrictions are no longer a problem ... they are using the stock sidepipes on the SnapOn coupe with the Aluminator XS 5.2L, rated at 580 HP!

    John,

It's a visual plus sound. These use the quiet pipes which should take the "bark" out of the stock pipes.
