    Boyd Tank Install Question

    I put my Boyds tank and noticed the bottom tabs are point up a bit.. anyone have this? And what did everyone use to mount the tank with on the bottom. Planing on using rivnuts on the top..

    I put foam tape on bottom of tank area and used S/S button heads screws through the floor. Post #64

    Thanks... is that a custom piece of aluminum for the firewall? Where your tabs bent up?

    I modified the FFR front firewall and made my own custom rear one. The tabs were just like in the photo.

    I just put on in. The tabs are at 90° to the face of the tank. I used a dead blow hammer to bend them parallel with the bottom of the tank.
