    Just finshed Mark 4.

I purchased this Mark 4 on here nearly a year ago. Lots of other projects got in the way, but its finally done. Color Is Torch red from the Corvette.
Lots of little touches were done to make this one a little different. This one is fitted with a Mark 3 roll bar. I think the 2 inch bar looks less tall. Also has the new Vinyl dah from Factory five.
Wiring was done using a Ron Francis body harness and a Painless engine harness to handle the EFI stuff. Engine is a Coast Performance 331 stroker with aluminum heads and GT 40 intake, Trans is a new T5.
I used 13 inch Cobra R brakes up front and 11.65 performance rear disc brakes. I might just have to keep this one for a while.

Very clean build Mike...another great one! I too think that the chunkier 2" bars look less "spindly" (for lack of a better term). I've measured the height of both from the floor and they are the same but the fatter bar tricks the eye into thinking it isn't as tall.

Run some miles up on this one once the warm weather returns

    Mike-

Car turned out beautifully! I really like that color, and the paint job looks awesome.

I agree with you and the others about the roll bar. I am surprised at how it tricks the eye, but it does.

Interior and trunk look great too. I like the carpet in the trunk. I need to know more about that latch though...

Nicely done, and thanks for sharing. I hope you get some warm weather soon, so you can enjoy your hard work!!

    Regards,

    Steve

Beautiful car, very classy looking. Who did you use for the paint? I'm planning my build in a year or so and looking for various paint shop options in New England.

As usual Mike, you've made another example of what these cars should look like. You Da Man! I'll second (or third) the look of the 2" bar. I love the look of my MKII bar, just wish it leaned back {a little] like the MKIV 's do. Someday I'll bend it . . .

I absolutely support your decision to jettison the stripes!! The body has such great lines to it! Sometimes the stripe can actually detract. Beautiful job!!
