I have temporarily installed the rear body x bar and I have an interference with the turbo waste gate arm. Also the transmission dip stick is hitting the x bar. Has anyone else found the interference?

A number of folks have, yes.
I didn't have any clearance issues with the turbo though - do you have a stock turbo or aftermarket? Everyone I heard of who had the issue had an aftermarket turbo.
I just bent my dipstick a bit to clear. Folks with turbo clearance issues mostly just modified the cross-brace. Notched it out and welded some reinforcements on there.
I do have a stock turbo. I will have to notch the x tube and bend over the dip stick handle.
I don't think I've seen anyone have to notch the x tube with a stock turbo.
What motor mounts are you using? I used the cusco mounts and really like them. The mount brackets on the frame have some adjustability to them... maybe shift things around a bit? Stock up-pipe? Stock wastegate?
All stock 2007 WRX as far as I know. The waste gate arm clears, but the push rod does not. I may adjust it with a long bar. I have adjusted the dip stick.
I have a stock 07 WRX donor on mine as well. Check my build thread for some pics of what my turbo clearance looks like. It clears by a good amount.

I had clearance issues with my vf30 turbo on my ej207. http://redfogo.com/index.php/2016/12/05/update-15/
I just cut mine to fit around the turbo. Not a big deal.

I have a VF37 and don't have clearance using CUSCO mounts. I did check out Hindsights thread and his stock turbo has a good bit more clearance than I do.
We had the same issue with a ver 5 engine, VF28. had to section the brace out for the actuator rod.
