They go on either side of the bracket where the tabs on the side of the pads ride in them

They are anti rattle clips and keep the pads from rattling against the bracket there by applying a little bit of pressure on the guide tabs

I’m not sure if this will help

If you are building a complete kit with the willwood petal box and the Ford GT brakes front and rear I would replace the stop tech brake pads with a more aggressive pad

The stop tech pads require a LOT of pressure to lock up the brakes and make a lot of brake dust

Several vendors made a more aggressive pad I installed EBC blue stuff pads and they made the car have a lot better brake response

Hope you have a great time building the car
