    Rear break pads.

First time posting. I have question about installing the pads on the stock rear brakes that come with the kit. Do you use the silver clips when installing the pads. It seems that the pads do not fit if those clips are used. Any help here wold be great.

I'm at the same spot on my roadster, using the mustang GT brakes. Passenger side went right on, no problem. Driver side would not go on without removing one of the clips. I couldn't get the piston to collapse enough for clearance.
However, there is a recent thread explaining the process and showing the required tool to collapse the piston. Just picked up the tool, haven't tried to use it yet.
Don't know if your problem is same but you might see if you can find the thread. (If you can't, let me know and I'll see if I can find it again.)
    Hope this helps.
