Ron francis rear harness switched at plug. Help please

I keep blowing fuses and all the wires at the plug under dash I found out were switched. How do I remove these type of receptacles?

There is a tool that you put into the plug and it will release the clips holding it in place. You could contact Ron Francis and I'm sure they would send you one out. Or you can also get them on Amazon, Summit, etc.
