HB Event Volunteer (+vendor meet n greet) Signup!

As you all know by now, The forum is sponsoring this year's HB Cruise-In. What you may or may not know is that we are PRODUCING it as well. Which means all the nitty gritty details are on us.

I've been asked by a few members, "How can I help?" Well. I'm taking signups for volunteers who want to take an active part in this year's show.

    Specifically, I need, or have:
    • A runner for shuttling folks back to the show from trailer parking north of the show on main street. This is for arrivals only.
    • Car Show Judge (Doug Deffenbach)
    • Car Show Judge (Jeff Kleiner)
    • Car Show Judge
    • DJ (Mike Brasfield)
    • Check In Attendant (Karen Salvaggio)
    • Check In Attendant (Karen's daughter Tracy Marshall / Jodi McEdward)
    • General "Staff" (Scott [slpro1207])
    • General "Staff"
    • General "Staff"
    • General "Staff"
    • General "Staff"
    • General "Staff"
    • Event Photographer (Grant Hodgkins)

The reason for multiple General "Staff" is so we can work in smaller 1 hr shifts.

We will also have a "Vendor Access" spot near the DJ so folks can visit with you. If you are a current Supporting Vendor I'd like to hear from you so we can coordinate timing into "shifts".

Thanks in advance to all the 2018 HB Cruise-In volunteers!

I'm in David. Put me down wherever you need me most.
Don't know if you need a second photographer, but at least in this area I have a bit of skill! I will do whatever you assign.
