Hey Dave,
Saw your youtube of door fitting---I am not at a real computer and can not PM via my phone so am hoping you see this post. The reason you have the big door gaps, particularly at the top, is because of the "drop butt mod". When we talked I think I told you to expect that. You can fix it later when you get to the final fit stage.
