    Frozen Wilwood e brake

Installed the e brake cables and hooked them up from caliper to handle. There is no slack when handle is disengaged. When I pull up on the handle, nothing appears to move. The cable wire to the caliber moves an ⅛ inch if that. The pads don't move at all. The pads appear to be locked in place. I couldn't get a piece of paper between the brake rotor and the pad.
    Any ideas?

My guess is you have the Wilwood disc brakes with internal drum e-brake. The problem might just be the drum pads need to be adjusted, check out the assembly instructions, I adjusted mine with a screw driver.
