Cool Lug nuts for #14867 - 15" Vintage Halibrand Replica Wheels

    Good evening to everyone!

Quick question as FFR is already closed for the night. I need some lug nuts for my #14867 - 15" Vintage Halibrand Replica Wheels from FFR.

Will these work? Dorman Lug Nuts 611-153.

Thanks for any advice you can give.

These are what I would recommend. The lug nuts that came with my FFR wheels are this type.

Did you check all your boxes? Mine came with them, found after I bought some. Same with valve stems.

Check in the boxes that have the spinners. I didn't realize they would be in those boxes for quite a while. It didn't help that I opened one of the spinner boxes, found no lug nuts, and then didn't open the other three boxes because I believed I already knew what was in them! They were, of course, in the last box I opened! Good luck!

    Lug nuts and spinners

Checked all my boxes - no nuts - BUT I did have a big problem. Test fitting on the spinners and the LH ones are smooth as silk. RH ones, jammed up just putting together in my hands and yes, the allen key was removed. Had to have FFR send me 2 new RH ones to replace these. I know they are imported wheels but I've never had something this terrible.

Put some anti seize on the threads, they are really sticky without any lube.

As usual, this forum comes through again. One of my FFR-supplied lug nuts had a problem with the threads. I am sure they would have shipped me a replacement but I felt silly having them send me one lug nut. I thought it was a long shot that others would have already figured out exactly what I needed to order and Papa did. Quick and easy on Amazon. Glenn
