OBD2 still not connecting to scanner
My 1997 Lincoln Mark 8, 4.6L DOHC - 32V engine with a 96-98 Mustang cobra Intake is not connecting to a ANY scan tool (shows "ERROR"). I've tried 8 different types of scan tools to no avail. I've researched and I believe I have the J1850 PWM type connector (pins 2,4,5,10,13,16 only). I checked all my connections (see pic below) and I'm at a loss. Could my ECM be bad? Are pins 2,10 & 13 showing correct values? ARGH!!!
