    Heater hose clearance

Does anyone have an idea on the minimum distance between a heater hose with a Summit heat sleeve and the header. Right now it is about 2 inches between the two. I am not running a hood or side panels, so that should help some.

You should be OK. Here is a pic of the LS 33 I recently built. No problems with it after 3K miles in FL heat.

Wallace, thanks for that pic, I was going to post a question about how much space there was past the frame for those heater and AC hoses.
