    Auto Trans Cooling Radiator

I have the FFR radiator with the ability to also cool the 700R4 auto transmission (bottom of the radiator has two fittings for this purpose) - normally you would take the top connector of the tranny and attach it to the lower portion of the radiator, and the bottom connector of the tranny and connect to the top of the radiator, BUT the FFR radiator (tranny cooling portion) had two fitting side by side - correct in assuming it doesn't matter which connection (fitting) to run the lines from the tranny?

You are correct, it doesn't really matter what line you hook to what radiator connection.
