Rear hub bolts replacement - pretty snug to the hub seal

Hello everyone. Newbie build #10314 up here in Canada. Get ready for the questions ha ha
Just changing out the rear wheel studs on the hubs. The old ones have a notch cut out of the shoulder of the stud to allow clearance to the seal of the hub. Putting in the new studs looks like the shoulder will hit the rubber seal as it spins. or is this a normal fit? Any advice is very welcome.
