Under nose aluminum with carbon splitter

Manual says to not use the front nose aluminum ( with deflectors) if you use the front splitter cause it will
cover the floor. That is obviously not correct but what have most people done. You can cut up the supplied
piece and rivnut to splitter or ...

Seems i remember some using the nose piece under engine and bending the deflectors to exit under engine
air. Did I remember that correctly?

    Mounted front splitter. Looks good.

I purchased some aluminum and am going to cut a piece that will go from the front splitter to the front firewall.

I would be curious to see what some have done regarding the aluminum and how they mounted their CF splitter.

Ask and you shall receive. Just finished sealing off nose with alum today and cutting down nose floor a little to mount to bracket in front the carbon splitter mounts to. Pictures attached.

You can see some of mounting bolts
