Just bought #172

After considering a GTM build for some time, I recently purchased #172 partially wrecked from an eBay seller. I am restoring the car and any details on this car would be appreciated.

The eBay pics are posted at tracybarnes.net/GTM. I guess these can be considered the "before" pictures for my rebuild.

What's the history on that car? How much structural damage?

That's a shame. It looks like it was a very clean car before the incident. What happened to cause the damage?

Trying to find the complete history. I have partial as a Phoenix painted car with Arizona title. Frame measures straight with two bent control arms. Everything seems to work. Will be going through the engine this week as obviously from the pics the original builder put some money into it. btw, it’s in the Finished GTM pics thread on page 2 post 50. (with different wheels and steering wheel)
