Ball park price for body shop to install Lucas rectangle tail lights

Hi everyone just wondering if anyone here knows how much or ball park range it would cost me to have a body shop install rectangle tail lights on my Rosdsfer with circles cut out already. The car doesn’t have paint yet so I figured to do this now if any shaping is needed.

    Thanks in advance.

I've done them several times and haven't charged extra.

    Cheers,

I really like the rectangular tail lights but getting bright lights takes more work than the round ones. More expensive too.

I did it myself, and it's easy to do. I too love the look.

    A couple of thoughts:

If you want the body lines to change to get rid of the "pad" that the two rounds sit on, that'll take body filler which means sanding the gelcoat around that area. If you're going to run gel coat for a while, you may want to wait on this step until you're ready to have the sanding done.

If you want 4 bulbs in the back, you'll need to make up a box to separate the bulbs from one another.

Here are pics from what I did for my car:

They were on some old British & French cars. Two pieces one point up second point down.
