    Fire extinguisher under 100 bucks?

    Hello,

I am researching fire extinguishers. It seems like H3R brand is the way to go. I see some are red or shiny canisters. What is the difference?
I am looking for something that wouldn't leave residue.

    Would you recommend other brands?
I am looking to spend $100 or less.

    Thanks.

I believe they are just different colors. I purchased the B (black) from Amazon for $140. They all advertise as the HalGuard clean agent/no residue. Gets confusing because there seems to be a big price difference between all three. I remembered researching this and paid more just for black...

The size is a nice fit for under the dash or in my case, rear firewall.

I didn’t find it on Amazon for under a hundred. That’s a Drake quick disconnect mount for it. Nice piece...

FWIW I have a small bail out bottle, polished metal, on the rear of the transmission tunnel & a large red one in the trunk.

I like this area, unfortunately I have the cut off switch plus two cup holders.

I found this Halotron 1 product on line: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...KIKX0DER&psc=1

I was choosing between Halon and Halotron 1. It looks like Halon is banned now, yet still available. I am going with Halotron 1, it is a clean agent as well and leaves no residue.
