New 33 owner, #369; cranks but no power to spark plugs

    Hi everyone,
I recently purchased build #369; pretty much 80% complete. We can't seem to find where we have a disconnect with power.
Turn off the kill switch, turn the key, fuel pump primes and the motor cranks but no spark.
    It's a 331 EFI - Mega Squirt technology.
Checked everything that we can think of and can't find anything - checked the fuses, connections, no inertia switch installed, etc.
The car has been driven, odometer has 5 miles on it and the family said he did indeed drive it; tires are scuffed as well.

Any ideas where else to check and we have his wiring diagram.
Also have another question - does anyone know what these two buttons/lights are that are installed beside the computer??

Power wire to coil? Check for a full 12 volts.

You sure there's no inertia switch installed; one came with the kit? Also a clutch safety switch (but that should be stopping starter). He could have wired in a safety/anti-theft switch anywhere in the car to have this effect.

We have power to the coil and the wiring diagram shows he bi-passed the inertia switch.
Those two lights in the picture I need to figure out also if they do anything (momentary push buttons?).
I'm in Central PA and will be working with Mark, The Traveling Builder, to help me finish; just wanted to get the darn thing started.

Correct - he could have put a switch anywhere....fun times....found the kill switch.
There's also a roll control switch he installed, temporarily mounted to the 5 speed shifter.
We do have all lights and horn.

Any electrical guru's here in PA by Hershey?
