Christmas Gift for my Husband/for his FFR Roadster
My husband is building his second FFR Roadster....
I would like to get him something for the car for Christmas... not a shirt or key ring, but something for the car...
What would you suggest that I could get, that wouldn't be something he would need to choose in order to be sure it was compatible with the rest of his mechanical build? A certain gas cap cover, 5 point harness, or is there some cool "nice to have" that you would not have necessarily bought for your own build but would love to have...
Thank you!

Hi,
For some reason the song Singles You Up by Jordan Davis is playing in my head.
It's tough to help on this one without really knowing everything he already has or wants on his car. One thing most guys put off until the car is done is a nice car cover. All you need to know to get one that will fit is if you have one or two roll bars. Factory Five sells one or you could look at these guys: https://www.carcoverworld.com/factor...bra-car-covers
You may also look for some cool Cobra memorabilia for him to hang in the garage. Things like signs, flags, banners, etc. are cool. My wife got me this last year:
Hope this helps,
Dave

My wife got me a set of FFR floor mats last Xmas. I had considered them a luxury item, I love them but wouldn’t have bought them for myself for a couple of years.

I agree that a cover is an excellent gift. One thought to share with you. The one that Factory Five carries is an excellent indoor cover. It will do a great job protecting the car in the garage, etc. However, if you are looking for an outdoor cover, the various covers provided by covercraft are excellent choices.
As you have already been explained, you will need to know single or double roll bars, and of course, the desired quality from their myriad choices. The covercraft brand is really terrific, and will serve your husband well.
Of course, if you are looking for additional gifts, I would welcome a cover under my tree. ;-) I hope this helps! Merry Christmas to you and your family!
Regards,
Steve

I am going with a cover and floor mats... he has a "barn" where it will be parked, but it needs more protection than the FFR one offers...

Awesome, he will be very happy! Very thoughtful gifts.
