Just want to reassure my tire decision and hoping there won’t be an issue with the tire rubbing at the rear of the qtr panel. (2 o’clock position). Car going for an alignment this week.

Build#1: MKIV Roadster #9320
I ran 275/60-15's on my Mk2 for a number of years. I have IRS and had no big problems except in hard intersection dips at speed. I would get a slight fender touch, only. I recently switched to 255/60-15's and I like them much better as they still fill the wheel wells and look better in relation to the front 235/60-15's.
295x15's with IRS on my Mk III
