Hi Mike,
greetings from downunder NZ. We found a good supply of AC Cobra tail lights at www.autoelectricalspares.co.uk search for Red using L692 part # and L691 for orange rear indicators if you need. They also have Lenses only at very reasonable prices. Its worth a look around at this site for other original lucas parts.
The original lights were also fitted to Hillman Imps and other British cars. Hope this helps
