    Toadster,

The F5 Wheel has an offbeat pattern.
    Equidistant it isn't.

You’ll have to drill and tap your own holes for the button. Not really a deal breaker... just something to do.
    FFR 5136 Started as a donor...donor guages, engine, trans,etc. Now...TFS street intake,stage 1 cam, GT40p's,24# injectors and 80mm MAF,70mm TB,Z-spec t-5, and PSE Halibrand wrapped with Nitto 555 G2’s. My ever evolving dream car!!

As said above, the FFR hub and wheel have an asymmetrical bolt pattern so it can only be put on one way.

Also, that's just the button/switch. None of the other wiring or hardware exist on the FFR column. You'd have to install a new column that has all that; like Flaming River or Ididit.

We've actually added a horn button to a number of cars utilizing the F5R steering shaft assembly. Not for the faint of heart but it's a lot less work than using an aftermarket steering column.

Here is a link to a MK2 we did a number of years ago using a Grant steering wheel horn button we adapted utilizing a Ford Probe self cancelling unit and commutator ring we custom fabricated.

I have used my horn exactly zero times in 8000km of driving. I wouldn’t worry about it.
