When I'm getting on her after 3rd gear she feels like she is getting light in the rear end and wants to lift up. It only happens when I get just over 100mph. I have an adjustable suspension system installed- could that be what needs adjusting?

Typically it's the front that gets light at speed. The customary fix for that is a chin spoiler. Not sure what your issue could be if you are feeling the rear get light.

I have been trying to get a good 0-60 time. The Cobra jet really comes alive in 3 and 4th gear at 4-6 1/2 rpms so I keep my foot in it a bit to wind her out. If I am going around a sight bend or a dip in the road it feels like I'm going to start to lose it. Very uncomfortable. I don't think it is possible to get a top speed either. It would be an infinite number as feels like it will just keep gaining until you lose it. I'm not interested in going that fast. She is crazy powerful. I've had fast cars before but never had anything that would break the tires loose shifting into 4th over 60 before. I do not want to get too crazy in her but feel like 100 mph is not too much to ask. I'm down here in Waxhaw not far from you Mike.
What are your corner weights and suspension settings? What is your ride height?
Has the basics of the car been properly sorted out?
1. Alignment Based On Use
2. Corner Weighted
3. Ride Height......(4.0" Front Max / 4.25" - 4.50" Rear Max)
What tires are you running?
1. Sizes Front & Rear
2. Treadwear Compound
3. Tire Age.........(Old Tire Get Hard)
4. Tire Pressure..(23-25 PSI Max)
These & Other Issues May Need To Be Addressed!

My Mk IV with 18" wheels with 245.40-18 fronts, 315/30-18 rear, tire pressure change is very noticeable.
I tried 25# and the car felt bouncy and dancing at high speeds. The ride could be jarring on all but the smoothest roads.
I lowered to 23# and could fell a great improvement in all aspects.
22# and everything is great and still maintains great street handling.
At 25# over 100 mph, the front felt unattached to the road. I interpreted this, due to tire pressure, was having a dribbling effect.
Hope this relates and helps.

Give us something to work with. IRS or live axle? Caster, camber and toe (rear also if IRS)? Ride height front and rear? Tire brand, model sizes and pressures? Answer all this and maybe we can help, otherwise it’s just shots in the dark.
