Just wanted to add that I’ve worked in customer service all my career, and with any company, there are going to be challenges, but it’s how the company reacts when they present themselves. That said, I will tell you that the customer service at your company is second to none. I am actually blown away at the responsiveness your team has to both technical and parts related questions/issues. I did initially have some heartburn over a few back ordered parts, but again, the customer service end of things overwhelmed it ten fold. Very satisfied that I went with FFR and would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat. Quick shout out to Dave Correia. He has been exceptional!
