Hand built in 2002 and re-engined in 2013; registered as a 1965 and authorized antique plates in Virginia since built. It was painted by the award winning Rick Barnes at Superior Cobra Customs. Under the hood: Ford Racing 427 (450 HP @ 5600 RPMs/ 520 lb-ft torque @ 4500 RPMs); built w/BOSS 351 all aluminum-engine w/Holley750 double-pumper carburetor. Fitted with SCAT forged steel crankshaft and SCAT I-beam connecting rods, MAHLE pistons w/floating wrist pin, hydraulic roller camshaft, Ford Racing aluminum 64cc chamber cylinder heads, roller rocker arms and increased capacity steel oil pan w/windage tray and scraper. Ceramic-coated headers & sidepipes.25-gallon [95-litre] Fuel tank a Safefuel cell. Geartrain: Tremec T-5 transmission, Ford 8.8"TrueTracIRS; powder-coated. All Factory Five Racing suspension control arms, rear independent suspension, with front & rear Pro-Shock coil-overs and 4-wheel disc brakes. 17" Halibrand-style wheels fitted with Goodyear Eagle F1(rear) and new Nitto 555 G2 fronts. In the cockpit: custom dash, Autometer gauges, Simpson5-point harnesses, leather upholstery. Cobrafloormats, AC Foot pedals, Kenwood stereo ensemble and battery cutoff switch. Other particulars:the frame is powder-coated from Factory Five, Lucaswipers, gel battery, and great driving car. If you want a stunning classic 427 Roadster that will drive you into the seat when you touch the accelerator; you just found it!
