The fan operates on negative control. Be sure your grounds are good. Try pulling the grounding the fan manually by unplugging the negative wire and touching it to a grounded bolt or bare spot on the chassis. It should come on as soon as a good ground connection is made. Other things to check … be sure your thermostat is opening and as a last possibility, the sensor could be bad.

Will be following this one...I have been unable to confirm fan engagement on my end as well, however I am running through a Holley Sniper EFI system that I installed the relay on. At this point I have put this off and I am hoping the Hot Rod shop that will be completing the fit-up and body and paint work will have some insight on this as electrical trouble-shooting is one of my least impressive skills.

JOPP33 - I have experience installing the Sniper EFI. The fan control is the light blue wire out of the 10-pin connector. This is a ground signal wire, and can connect to either of the two green fan control wires provided in the RF harness. There is one at the top of the engine with the sending unit wires, and a second at the bottom of the radiator in the front harness. You don't need to modify the RF fan relay wiring at all, nor do you need to install any additional relays. Just be sure you are using the Holley coolant temp sensor (CTS), and that the Sniper's CTS plug is attached to the sensor. My fan kicks on when the coolant temp is at 190 degrees.
