Parking Brake Cable Routing Dilemma Solved!

Well, after months of putting it off I finally decided to try to figure out my parking brake cable routing dilemma. I have a Mendeola transaxle and an LS1 engine. Shane makes a lot of great parts, but he doesn’t make a solution for this combination. I ended up ordering a new cable that goes from the parking brake handle to the splitter assembly from California Push-Pull that was 78” vs the donor car 38.5”. This allowed me to move the splitter box past the engine and mount it to the frame under the transaxle. Super clean install and plenty of room to keep the cable away from the exhaust. Best of all the cable was $68 and they fabbed it up on less than one week once they received my old cable. I highly recommend these guys and they were great to work with. They even sent me 2 Hot Rod calendars!!! www.push-pull.com. Ask for Dave.
