Hello all I have a coyote with an 8.8 and Tko600. I'm using factory fives engine spacers that gets sandwiched in the mounts on both side. I was wondering whats the best size spacers to put in between the transmission mount and tko600.
Thanks

I used 1/4 inch steel plate, cut to size. I made four, but only needed three. I got the idea from Wareaglescott.
Mk IV Roadster - #8650 - delivered 7-17-2015 - first start 7-28-2018 - first go-kart 10-13-2018 - licensed and on the road 9-9-19: body/paint completed 3-17-2020.
Complete kit / 2015 Coyote / TKO600 / IRS / Wilwood brakes / Mid-Shift mod / Power Steering / Heater and Seat Heaters / RT turn signal / Breeze radiator shroud and mount
Like AL said, 3/4", and add as Al is showing, between the trans and trans mount, so if you ever remove the trans, they won't be a loose piece and you won't forget to put them back in.
With no shims, the driveshaft U-Joint will rub the frame cross member. Ask me how I know.

3/4" net. I also followed wareaglescott's approach, but only had access to 1/8" thick sheet so used six of them.

Gen-2 Coyote, clutch, TKO600, midshift, and solid axle from Forte. Many pieces from Breeze and Replicarparts.
If you are using IRS, spacers are necessary for the transmission. I'm running the Moser solid axel 8.8 3-link itto 600 and Coyote. NO spacer and the pinion angle is bang on.

Other's experience is nice to get an idea but I would use a stack of fender washers for trial fitting and measuring. Once you have the dimension you need you can make more permanent spacers.
