    Coyote Oil Pan

Is there a reason why one can’t run the stock oil pan?
FFR calls for replacement with an aftermarket.
Is it aesthetics or does the stock pan hang too low?
    Thanks

It hangs too low in the cobra. My guess is that its too low in the truck as well.

Hey Ray, the crate engine Coyote pan does not need to be changed in hot rod or pickup. It will be above the chassis and clear ps .

I am not sure exactly which pan you have- if you want to text me a picture I can likely identify if it’s the same as the crate motor pan. I think I have a crate motor pan here to compare. If I do you can have it if it will help you.
