    Panel adhesive

    It's time to start mounting aluminum panels. I would be very interested to hear what panel adhesive other people are using for this application

    I've been very pleased with the Permatex products.

    Black Silicone Adhesive Sealant for most of the panels. Ultra Black in areas close to the exhaust system.

    I just used the regular GE silicone. Gave both surfaces a solvent wipe first.

    would this be the same adhesive you all would use to glue in the louvers above the exhaust?
