I scored this on eBay. Anyone ever build this MPC 1/16 cobra model?

No, but you did pretty darn good building a 1/1 Cobra model so this should be a piece of cake

Thanks Todd! My poor car has gathered more dust than miles the last 3 years...2016 I built our house...2017 I designed and built an apartment development and then began building my shop...2018 I finished the shop in March then did 6 customer cars. Got a bunch of cars in line for this year but am going to really try to get myself back out there I have a couple of buddies who have gotten into the FFs the past couple of years---very cool little cars!

A friend had that kit for many years and gave it to me unassembled, after he rode in mine.
Unfortunately, it has taken me longer to assemble the model, than build the real thing. (I guess my motivation is minimized by that fact that I can't drive the model!)

The model looks pretty good. The offset on the wheels is the same front and back so I need to change that to have a deeper dish in the rear. It has some seriously wide tires. It seems most models and diecast are this way to some extent. Let the build begin! My brother is actually going to do the build. He’s an off the charts master-model-builder and already did a 1/24 scale Daytona and 289 FIA for me.
Add some pictures and you will have your build thread up and runnning !!!

By the way, are you going old school or is it going to get a Coyote?
