    Truck motor

I received my motor today from Mike Forte. SBF Dart 347 with a mild cam 600 hp fi tech efi and a Tremec 600. However I have a ski trip planned for this weekend and will have to wait till the following weekend to install my baby.
Mike has been a great guy to deal with through the whole process. I can’t express enough about when you call his place you know who your going to get at the other end of the phone line. No bs you don’t have to go through three different people to get answers what a great experience at Forte’s parts connection.

Thank you Tom that means a ton coming from you . I’m not a motor guy but a body man and mike forte helped me out quite a bit configuring this up. The caddy air cleaner I’m going to paint the color of the truck and a artist will airbrush some stuff on it and I’m going to run with no hood or side panels.

Let the fun begin. I am #15.

You are correct in that Tom (Wallace18) is our role model.

Today was engine install day. Everything went pretty smooth. All bolted down, headers are on and driveshaft in. This week will be fuel system and exhaust system. Next weekend I will have a buddy coming back to help me with the wiring. 7FBAC9D2-FC36-4855-8F4A-CA39877D31C0.jpgimage.jpg
