    Federal 595 questions

Just wondering if you that have used the 595's have any input on the overall width in regards to the fact that they are wider than actual tire size. This is stated by users on the internet and confirmed on Federal's site. I am building a "C" and will be running street ride height with FFR rims, and will also be using 5mm spacers to accomodate the brake setup i have designed. Wondering if 215/40R17 and 255/35R18 will be too wide for body fitment, etc and should look at ordering 205/40R 17 and 245/35-40R18? Any input is appreciated from those that have gone before! K.C.

I have 235/40R 17 front and 255/35R 18 on my 818S. No issues in the rear. The fronts rub on the inner wheel wells at full lock. I was able to put a dimple in the aluminum wheel wells to almost completely eliminate this.
