My Coyote started and ran well, but now can't start it.

I was satisfied with much of my wiring and my Gen 2 Coyote was running well so I decided to disassemble and do a final loom and wrap. I focused on some sensor wires in the alternator area, power/ground/starter cables in the engine bay, and the rear harness. When finished, I reconnected all wires and the starter cranks, but the engine won't start. The guages come alive and I hear the sound from the throttle body when I turn the key to ready. I disconnected the fuel line from the rail and tested it with auxillary power. No problem getting fuel flow. I even cranked the engine while running the fuel pump with aux power and no start . The only thing that happend during my loom wrap was that I shorted the power cable to the cut-off on the aluminum bracket holding the ECU. I checked all fuses in the PDB and the fuse panel. I ran the OBD and it shows below. I wonder if I fried my ecu by shorting on the bracket. IMG_1742.JPG

    Any thoughts are appreciated.

How did you check the fuses; visual or continuity test? Fuses should protect the ECU from shorts, so I'd go back and recheck the fuses using a continuity test, and then double check your ground(s). It's also possible if you had a mismatch in wire gauge inside the loom that the wire became the fuse and melted when you shorted it.

What are the 3 DTC codes it is showing? That would probably be a good clue what is going on.
