    Wink Graduation Time!

It's hard to believe, but thanks to The Factory Five's Online Community and Factory Five Racing, built not bought pretty much defines the end of my 5 year journey.

Since the list of upgrades is long I'm only posting a partial list, it's the same list that's on my display sign. In my opinion what really matters are the pictures.

    Please help me graduate #8033!

What sort of facility is this in? Some sort of indoor car show?
The lighting doesn't do the car justice. Lets see some pictures of that amazing build out in the sun!!

Congratulations. I’ve seen your car at a Huntington Beach a couple times under construction. Quite a machine. I’m sure you are having a blast driving it.

Thank you Scott! I took the pictures at the Goodguys car show last weekend. Yes the pearl really shines when outside, since only a limited amount of pictures are allowed per post I'll have to post some outdoor pics next. Incidentally, I just saw your car featured on the back page of the latest Ford Performance Parts book. Looks great!

    Very, very, very, nice!

Before I even got to the list of upgrades, I had already said to myself "Holy (#@& " a half dozen times.

    This is really nice.

Love your reaction! I literally saw that same (Priceless!) reaction a few times at last weekend's Del Mar Goodguys Car Show

    Thank you!

I saw this car at HB 2018. I even voted for it, as I was one of the show judges. Awesome build!

Saul, Great meeting you yesterday. Your description of your Mark 4 does not do it justice. Absolutely beautiful. You have set the bar higher for the Factory Five community. Yet another Jeff Batman Miller masterpiece. Congratulations from Temecula.

A BIG thank you to everybody for all your positive and kind comments! Since this is my first build, I really enjoyed the process and can honestly say that it's been one of the most rewarding learning experiences, other then tinkering with my old cars growing up I've never undertaken an automotive project of this scope and complexity. Like most, I had an idea of what I wanted but had to "learn as I go" from some of the veteran builders on both forums, yes those same builders that were quite eager to help me "spend my money"

Now I hope to carry my experience into the future and help others spend their money too.

    Thank you all!

    Saul

    Saul,

All I can say is....WOW! Gorgeous car with so many custom touches. You can proud of your work! I'm sorry that I'm on the East Coast and can't see it in person. Hope to have mine driving in gel-coat by June 1, work the bugs out this summer and then paint this winter. You are an inspiration!

    Congratulations!
    Craig

    My deepest condolences.

Looking at that wreckage, it appears to be a very high energy/velocity impact.

Can anyone really attempt to speculate more? I’m not an MK4 owner but I would like to learn from this accident as I can. It might help others. Thank you.
