Hello,
I'm building a C with 5 point harnesses. I bought the FFR Harness Bar kit but can't find any instructions. I also can't find any decent pictures to sort out how to use the spacers.
Can anybody point me in the right direction?
Thanks

The harness bar should mount on the cockpit side of the rear bulkhead. Pulling the belts tight should not compress your spine, so height of bar is important.
They are posted on the parts page...Not much to them

I don't think that's the designed location. The picture above is from FFR. Also, mounted on the front of the roll-bar would reduce seat clearance, and leave little/no room for the 3-bar slide on the harness. I recall that I may have needed to add a washer with the spacers to clear the roll-bar with the harness bar, and could not fit jam-nuts either (useless). Belt height/angle is important, but not really adjustable at the bar. Follow your belt mfg. installation instructions. Mine specified 0deg (horizontal) to -20deg shoulder belt angle. I see now that you're building a "C" so I may be totally off for that model!

Thank you. I couldn't find that pdf, and it's exactly what I was looking for.
In the pdf the bar is mounted on the cockpit side, in the image linked above it's on the engine side. The engine side looks much safer to me. And every harness maker and racing regulation I've seen requires the belts to be even horizontal or down no more than 45 degrees from your shoulders.(Sparco says 45 degrees ; Schroth says 20) Schroth has the clearest instructions I've seen yet, here: https://www.schroth.com/en/segments/...-qg_online.pdf
