Cockpit aluminum question
My 2 pieces for the rear cockpit appear to need trimming, as my floor goes up on an angle for the last 2 inches. Have ya'll come across that too?
These pieces are numbered 34618 and 34619.
Also, I assume these go in prior to body install, correct?

Also, I believe there are 2 aluminum pieces that go in after body install, 34391 and 34392. Is this correct? (Stole pic from Tom Wallace).

I have #16 and my rear wall is vertical and square at the floor no angle like what your picture shows. Rob

Have # 15 and mine is flat also. I wonder why the change?

Ron,
The panels you have are for the older frame, when we changed to the Gen 2 frame we wanted to give the exhaust more room so we angled the back area behind where the seat could go. The panels you need are 34739 and 34740. Email or call DaveC at factoryfive .

Jesper, are you saying that early truck folks can get the angled floor panels for more exhaust room, or just the proper corner pieces if you have the angled floor panels.

Ralph, I think a call to the factory to speak with Jesper or Jim would be a wise decision. I asked them to chime in on this thread. They don't actively monitor all the forums...
If you do call, chime in with their response.

I spoke to FFR early today. They're sending me the updated aluminum pieces.
