What type of fuel lines are you guys running with the C5 tanks? Standard fuel injection hose or some of the C5 quick connects as the manual describes? I'm not looking for fancy AN stuff, just something simple and safe. 2000 donor.
Thanks!

We normally just do as the manual describes....re-use the quick connects by cutting them out of the OEM plastic lines and using fuel injection hose and hose clamps.

Thanks Shane.
Is the third hard line (coming off the pump externally) the jet pump? Looks like that needs capped? How do you recommend capping that?
Is there anything on the pump unit inside the tank that needs modified or capped?

Not sure about the donor stuff, but I went with the Lingenfelter High Flow pump and needed to cap off the jet line on the pump in the tank. I'm guessing this jet line is plumbed to the top of your pump?
For my in tank setup I just cut a piece of fuel tubing and put in a stainless bolt with hose clamps closing it off.
There's nothing on the inside of your tanks that needs modified or capped. The 3 ports you have on your pump tank are pump pressure, return from the regulator and a return from the jet pump. On the 'Vette, there is an orifice Tee'd into the pump pressure line that let some of the pump pressure go to the jet pump in the opposite tank to pump fuel to the return port on the pump tank. Yes, you will need to cap that port, and we would normally just use one of the quick connect fittings (cut from the plastic fuel line), put on a short section of fuel injector hose with a brass hose barb/plug in the end of the hose.
