    Power Steering Hoses

I have the MK4 complete kit with the power steering option and a Blueprint 347. The engine came with the power steering components (pump, pulleys, reservoir) already mounted. I pulled out the two FFR provided hoses last night to hook them up to the pump and rack but could not figure out how to do so. It honestly seems like I have the wrong hoses (length, bends, angles). Can anyone with my same set-up provide guidance, pictures, etc.? If need be, I can take pictures of my hoses, etc. and post them.

Do yourself a favor and save a whole bunch of frustration by calling Mark at Breeze. He'll set you up with the proper adapters, AN fittings and Teflon hose for around a hundred bucks. I've done it on several cars---easy peasy!

I agree with Jeff, but the hoses that came with the kit will work. I have a BPE 347 with power steering and used the kit hoses.

They work, but I have no clue what they actually fit, it is certainly NOT the Roadster! I re-bent most of the metal tubing to fit but it still does not look perfect. I think I would go with the Breeze kit next time.

If I had it to do over, I would order from Breeze. Anything is better than trying to use the hoses shipped.
If you do bend the provided hoses to fit and they look like mine, try slipping some wire loom over the steel lines to improve the looks.
