Want to Rent (or buy): Serpent Express trailer in California

Anyone in California have a Serpent Express trailer for rent or sale?

I'm the original owner of a 1973 Datsun 240Z soon finishing a concours restoration. I'm planning on taking it (while the paint is still so gorgeous) from California to the big annual Z car gathering in July in Branson, MO.

The Serpent Express trailer fits the bill perfectly for old 240Zs.

    Thanks! --leftcoastjayhawk

They are inexpensive enough to buy and very easy to tow/park. Check on the Serpent Express web site as they occasionally have some used trailers listed for sale.

It might also help if you list the city you’re in.

Or just buy an SE and sell it after your trip. If you sell it for less, consider that your "rental" cost.

I’m in Walnut Creek, Northern California. But my Z is in San Diego. I’m willing to get a trailer anywhere in CA or NV. I did talk to Serpent Express about buying one, but they are on vacation/hiatius until this fall, which is too late, since I need it in July.

I do think that buying one, esp. a used SE, would be the least expensive route, because of the resale value, but I willing to rent if someone is only willing to do that.
