    Wheel alignment specs

Hey folks, if this has been asked before, please forgive me.
Does anyone know the alignment specs for our Cobra's? I stopped by my mechanic to ask if he could do an alignment for me and he said it would be helpful if I could get the specs of where it should be. Any thoughts? Thanks guys!

Should be in the back of your manual. Otherwise, look up FixIt and he just had his done and likes it. He posted the alignment sheet.

    Manual steering:
.5 to .75 degree negative camber
3.5 to 4 degrees positive caster
    3/32" total toe in

    Power steering:
.5 to .75 degree negative camber
7 to 8 degrees positive caster
    3/32" total toe in

Note that depending on which upper control arms and spindles you have it may be necessary to use alternate adjuster sleeves or modify the ones you have.

I can look in the manual when the time comes, but this thread should include the specs for IRS.

Have done mine exactly per the manual. 2015+ Mustang based IRS:
0.5 to 0.75 degree negative camber
    1/8" total toe in

I like a bit more toe in (helps prevent "dartiness"). Unless you're Ralph Button you'll never notice the minimally increased tire wear.

    Yes.

Serious track guys will go toe out for more bite at turn in but it greatly reduces self centering and straight line stability (hence my comment above regarding dartiness). Toe out is not recommended for a street car.

Advanced search works really well. We really don't need a new thread on alignment every month.
FFR MkII, 408W, Tremec TKO 500, 2015 IRS, DA QA1s, Forte front bar, APE hardtop.
