    When to put cab on?

Can I put my cab on permanently before I do any work on the doors??
Looks like the hinge mounts and striker mount need to be bolted to chassis first.

    Thanks,
    Ron

Also the sheet metal that goes between the chassis and cab in the back. The flat piece with the 90 degree bent wings. I'd also recommend the floors and back lower wall.

Ron you want to do whatever you are going to do to the inside of the cab roof, ETC. Before mounting permanently.

Sheet metal and floors are in. Wiring is done. AC is charged. Inside of cab has been Flocked. Carpet is in.
Basically my question is about sequence with the doors - cutting the hinge slots, striker, etc.

Ron. I cut my hinge slot holes before I dropped the cab on. The hinge brackets go on before the cab goes on the striker bracket I installed after the cab was on and then drilled my striker hole after the doors were on. However I intended to remove my cab for paint my floor is in and that’s it for now I’m painting my interior roll bar and plan on flocking the cab once it’s off again. Sounds like more work but that’s how I’m doing it. Rob

I pretty much followed the manual on that stuff.
