Engine emblems / badges over the side vents

I’m looking at options for engine emblems/badges for over the side vents on the roadster. I know this topic has been discussed before, and I checked all the links in one of those threads. What I want is something that says “Coyote”. What I’ve found:

    - ********** (no longer a vendor?) has “powered by Ford” and “427”, but nothing coyote.
    - Wareaglescott has a nice one from Billet Badges, but they’re pricey.
    - American Muscle has “5.0”, but no coyote.
    - Amazon has one here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007J34KXY...v_ov_lig_dp_it
    - Nothing at Summit or Jegs

Got any other ideas on emblem options / sources? I like Scott’s, but maybe I can save a few bucks…

Look at local laser engraving business. There are many small time home based folks doing this work. A custom badge would really separate your car from the field. You also could try local high and college's for one with a trades program that could cast one for you. Good luck.

I got my emblems on ebay they have a lot of different Coyote options and powered by Ford options also. I personally put the powered by Ford ones that are raised. Here is a link to some nice ones on ebay that I almost put on mine, but decide to go with the classic/ modern look of powered by Ford.

I was actually thinking of having my cousin 3d print some badges for my car. Lucky for me that he excels in the area and he already has the recourses to do it, however, I have herd that many libraries are buying 3d printers with software that is user friendly. I already asked about them a little and he said that it sounded like a great use for a 3d printer and like it would only be a few dollars in materials per badge. You could make your own badge the exact size you want and customize it any way you want. I was figuring I would "contract" my cousin to some up with something unique for the steering wheel badge and something for in the engine bay. Thought about doing a small "Built by" with my signature badge and putting it on the dash but have kind of gone away from that.

Anyways, if you want a specific size, it is easier then ever to have one made with a 3d printer for cheap. I think there are also companies you can send your design to who will print it and mail it to you if you don't have access to a printer through your library or friends.

You may want to have something custom done by Billet Badges

Lots of folks get some cool stuff done there.

Yes - the ones I'm getting from 2bking were made by them.

You'll be happy with the ones from billet badges. They are a small outfit but produce excellent products. I stopped by their shop just outside of San Diego and was really impressed with their work and had them custom make my hood badge. The only drawback (besides being pricey) was they couldn't print "Roush" on my emblem. We contacted Roush and they started the conversation off with "Well our legal team". Then I immediately new the answer was "No" unless I paid a huge fee. So instead I had billet badges print "427 SRTW"

Not a dumb question at all. The engine is a Roush SR (street/racing?) with a Twisted Wedge Mild cam-SRTW. Its really just SR but I added TW to take up space in the scroll. The original AC badge said “ Bristol”
