So yes I did build this dolly. I believe it to be built very well. It can not be taken apart as it is wood glued together and 6" and 8" lag bolts hold it together along with the lag bolts that hold the casters on to it. The red paint is actually a very high quality red epoxy coating. ( I had plenty left over from when I put my red lines on my garage floor)
THIS LINK is to my build thread page where I first built the dolly. The casters are 750lb rated (Ea) The dolly roles very easily and has swivel / locking casters on all four corners.
If you get this dolly, you will be glad I added the extra 5.5" height as it made working under the build very easy.
