Disappointing for sure. But there are tons of things you can do without the brakes. Unless you're planning to complete the build in a couple months, no reason for that slow you down. Not that it matters, but the Wilwood brakes for my #8674 build didn't arrive until 6 months after I took delivery on the kit. They were a special color (20th Anniversary) and apparently Wilwood had some internal problems on top of that. At least for my build speed, didn't slow anything down.

Not sure which calipers you need, however, I have a set of the 2015 mustang IRS brake calipers that were from a used rear end I got for the 3.73 torsion that I would pass along cheaply if they are what you need. They had 31K miles on them. I got new calipers with the kit that I used, so I have been holding onto the used calipers for spares. I'm sure my wife would love if I got rid of a few "spares".

We ordered the complete kit just disappointed about what I feel is an excessive time for waiting on parts. We built a mk3 roadster and did not have these issues with it.
